About

Hi! My name is Joey Rogers, owner of J. William Photography. First and foremost, I thank God for the gift of creating art with my photography. I have found something that not only challenges me with learning the technical skills of photography, but also pushing the envelope when it comes to creating true art for my clients. I have been a wedding photographer since 2018, serving all over New England. I also have done a destination wedding in Puerto Rico, which was an incredible experience! A perfect night for me, other than spending time with my family, would be venturing out to a nice restaurant with my wife. We are both foodies at heart, and are always looking for a great place to dine!

Here are some fun facts about me!

Fact #1

My wife not only assists on most weddings, but she also is great with a camera! It's such a blessing to have my wife partner with me in my business. We married in 2012, and work hard to not only grow in our marriage and family, but also to grow into our dreams and ambitions in life.

Fact #2

I'm a Daddy! My oldest is my imaginative, compassionate boy and such a smart little man. He also is a great assistant at my home studio when trying out new lighting set ups. My youngest is a bit of a wild child, but is also such a sweet, funny, and smart boy. Think Sour Patch Kid. They bring me so much joy, it's incredible to watch them grow.

Fact #3

In 2021, I climbed Mount Washington! This is something I never thought I would get to experience, but it's up there with some of my biggest accomplishments. I can't wait to do it again!

Fact #4

I'm a Youth Pastor at my local church! I work with teens to help them grow their relationship with God, learn to grow and mature in their faith as well as navigating life's challenges. This is a new role for me, and I'm excited to mentor these the young men & women of our congregation.

I'm an Army Soldier!

Serving and leading in the Army has unknowingly prepared me for wedding photography. I thrive in this fast paced environment, and am able to focus to key in on all the important details of the day.
